This week is free application week. This coincides perfectly with our new offering of a hybrid Cybersecurity course. This course is distance learning. We also have all of the resources here in the classroom available to students as well. I have new students starting now!
Applied Cybersecurity is a great program for students with previous experience in IT or students seeking to earn the Security+, CCSP, or Ethical Hacker industry certifications. The distance learning model makes it a great option for individuals currently employed or seeking career advancement. Remember that additional certifications count towards renewal! CompTia and other certifications expire after 3 years.
Employers! You may want to consider sponsoring your employees. Not only are certified individuals a great benefit to your company in the skills they possess, but certifications count towards partner status with many vendors such as Microsoft. Not to mention retaining quality individuals in a tight local IT market.
